02. September 1997: Naturally growing up with Jimmy Hendrix I would prefer the original albums. Usually leaving the choice of what is "best" to someone else is precarious at best. However I must agree with their choices as a fare example of Hendrix, and if I were to buy only one album to represent him in my collection this would be it.
