22. April 2003: Das sind schon lange Auszeiten, die sich die Allman Brothers Band genommen hat. Im 35. Jahr ihres Bestehens haben sie nach neun Jahren endlich wieder ein neues Album veröffentlicht. Und das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Nach dem Ausstieg von Gitarrist/Sänger Dickey Betts sah es erst mal nicht gut aus, doch die Band hat offensichtlich noch immer genügend Potenzial für erstklassige Songs.
