03. März 2003: 'Prayers On Fire' ist für mich das beste Album von The Birthday Party. Mit den 13 sehr netten Titeln, hat mich diese CD am meisten beeindruckt. Jedoch ragen die meisten Songs doch ein wenig an die Kategorie "Punk" heran. Die Tracks 'Cry', 'Nick The Stripper', 'A Dead Song', oder 'Kathys Kisses' sind, denke ich, geeignete Beispiele. Direkt der erste Titel ist ein Superhit. Denn in 'Zoo-Music Girl' gibt The Birthday Party so richtig Gas. Dennoch: ...
